Feedback, assessment and tips are provided in a one-hour telephone consultation designed by you, for you - based on your goals and priorities. We review your resume and talk one-on-one about steps you can take to become the best candidate possible. After you've had a chance to implement some of the things we've discussed, we get together again for a follow-up call.
Here's how it works:
Preparation:
- You'll fill out a brief form (see link below) outlining your objectives, noting any challenges you may be facing along with the areas you'd most like to discuss, and you'll submit a copy of your resume for me to review ahead of time.
Maybe you've been laid off and would like assistance retooling your resume...or you'd like help refining your unique selling proposition. Maybe you're consistently getting stuck at a certain point in the hiring process and want to figure out what you can do to change your results. It's up to you!
You determine the framework for the discussion. It doesn't mean you have to stick rigidly to the issues you submit, but it will ensure that the topics most important to you are addressed thoroughly. - On the form, you'll indicate preferred dates and times for the call.
Scheduling:
- I'll follow up with you to confirm the date and time for the consult.
- The calendar can fill up rapidly, so keep that in mind. If none of your requested dates/times are available, we'll work out a mutually convenient alternate as close as possible to your first choice.
- Consultations are typically scheduled within ten business days.
Fee
- The consultation fee for the two calls (the consult and the follow up) is $140. Payment can be made via credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Your card will be charged $25 once your consultation date and time have been confirmed to secure your reservation. You won't be charged the balance of the fee until the day of your consultation. If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit your $25 deposit.
